SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - DELIVERY ZONE

WORLD OF CHRIS COLLINS aims to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (excl. weekends and holidays). Orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. 

Our current shipping rates:

Free shipping - USPS First Class Priority

2nd Day Shipping  -  $22.50

Overnight Shipping - $30.00

At this time, we cannot process orders with delivery address to APO/FPO and PO Boxes.

RETURNS - EXCHANGES - REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that the goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase following the date of delivery.

Please contact our Customer Service by e-mail customerservice@worldofchriscollins.com for return authorization.

Returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Product(s) were purchased directly on WORLD OF CHRIS COLLINS website

  • Product(s) must be shipped back in their original condition (unopened and unused)

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product(s) were not as ordered or arrived in damage conditions. We recommend using a traceable courier and keeping a record of the tracking as we cannot be held responsible for product(s) lost in transit.

 

LATE RETURNS

Any product(s) returned 30 days from order date is not eligible for a refund.

 

REFUNDS

We aim to handle your returns as promptly as possible. Once product(s) are received, it may take up to 14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used in original transaction. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited depending on your bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our retailers, you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.

TRACKING

Once your order is processed, our system will send a shipping confirmation e-mail, which will include courier service along with tracking number.
